Aghnia has led and contributed to research and advisory engagements with Indonesian ministries, state-owned enterprises, multinational corporations and international development organisations. Her work focuses on the intersection of regulated industries (pharmaceutical, energy, healthcare), human capital transformation and digital innovation — translating complex frameworks into actionable strategies for both corporate and public sector clients.
